1. Site owner
In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, allcostabrava.com is owned by Go2lloret (sole trader), tax ID ESX8363674T, registered at Calle Rector Coch, 5, 17310 Lloret de Mar (Girona), Spain.
Email: info@allcostabrava.com. Phone: +34 722 465 683.
Activity: real estate brokerage and property management on the Costa Brava.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the website, which comprises the property catalogue, the contact and property listing forms, the blog and the virtual assistant.
Browsing the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of these terms as published at any given time. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
3. Use of the site
Access to the site is free of charge and requires no registration or user account.
You undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, these terms and good faith, and not to use it for unlawful activities, to introduce harmful content, to extract its content in bulk by automated means or to impair its operation.
The data you provide in the forms and in the chat must be truthful and up to date, and you must be entitled to disclose it.
4. Information about the properties
Catalogue listings are informative and do not constitute a binding contractual offer. They are compiled from information supplied by the owner, which may change.
Prices are stated in euros and exclude the taxes and costs associated with the transaction (transfer tax or VAT as applicable, notary, land registry and conveyancing fees), which are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Availability, price, floor areas, plans and published features are subject to confirmation and may be changed or withdrawn without notice. Photographs and videos are indicative and the furniture shown may not be included in the transaction.
No publication on the site replaces the land registry, planning and technical checks on the property, or the legal or tax advice appropriate to each transaction.
5. Property listing form
Through the listing form you can propose a home to us for sale or rent. Submitting the form does not in itself create any engagement or obligation to publish the property: our team reviews the proposal and contacts you to agree, where appropriate, the terms of the engagement in a separate document.
By providing photographs, plans or descriptions you declare that you own the property or are authorised to market it, and you authorise us to use that material to promote it for as long as the engagement lasts.
6. Virtual assistant
The site chat generates its replies through an artificial intelligence system. Its content is indicative, may contain errors or be out of date, and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice or a binding offer.
Before taking any decision, confirm the information with our team through the contact channels listed.
7. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photographs, videos, plans, logos, the AllCostaBrava trade mark and the site design are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belong to Go2lloret or to third parties who have authorised their use.
Viewing and private reproduction of the content are permitted. Any other use, and in particular reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation for commercial purposes, requires prior written authorisation.
8. Links to third-party sites
The site may include links to third-party pages such as maps, social networks or property portals. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, which are governed by their own terms.
9. Liability and availability
We take reasonable steps to keep the published information accurate and the site continuously available, but we cannot guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or technical incidents beyond our control.
We are not liable for damage arising from use of the site or from decisions taken solely on the basis of the information published, without prejudice to liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded, in particular towards consumers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any content on the site, and to update these terms.
10. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data collected on the site is governed by our privacy policy, and the use of cookies and similar technologies by our cookie policy. Both form part of these terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the site owner’s domicile, except where the user is a consumer, in which case the court designated by law shall have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring your complaint before the competent consumer authorities, such as the Catalan Consumer Agency.
